Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: November 22, 2025
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of asif.work and the services offered through it. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website and services.
Use of Website
The website is provided for informational and business purposes. You may use it to learn about services, review content and work samples, and get in touch. You agree to use the website lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the website, its systems, or another person’s rights or use of the site.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, networks, or restricted parts of the website, or use the website in a way that could damage, overload, disrupt, or compromise it.
Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, the text, graphics, branding, images, design elements, software, and other original material on this website belong to asif.work or the relevant rights holder and may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property laws.
You may view the website and make reasonable personal, non-commercial use of its content. Reproduction, republication, modification, distribution, resale, or commercial use of website content requires prior permission unless applicable law allows otherwise.
Services and Engagements
When you hire me, the scope, deliverables, responsibilities, timeline, fees, and other project-specific terms will be agreed separately. Those details may appear in a proposal, statement of work, contract, invoice, email exchange, or another written agreement.
If a project-specific written agreement conflicts with these website terms, the project-specific agreement will normally control for that engagement to the extent of the conflict.
Ownership of Work Product
Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, ownership of final client-specific deliverables transfers to the client after full payment of the applicable fees. Drafts, working files, pre-existing materials, processes, tools, templates, know-how, and third-party materials may remain subject to their original ownership or licensing terms.
I may reference completed work in a portfolio, case study, or marketing material unless confidentiality obligations, a non-disclosure agreement, or a specific written request prevents that use.
You are responsible for ensuring that materials you provide for a project can lawfully be used and do not infringe third-party intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Payment Terms
Payment schedules and methods are agreed for each engagement. Depending on the project, payment may be required in advance, in milestones, on a recurring schedule, or after delivery.
Invoices are payable in the currency and within the timeframe stated in the applicable agreement or invoice. Work may be paused or terminated if agreed payment obligations are not met. Any late fees or interest will apply only where stated and permitted by applicable law.
Revisions and Changes
The number and scope of included revisions may be defined in the project agreement. Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are handled according to that agreement.
Requests that materially change the approved scope, introduce new deliverables, or exceed the included revision allowance may require additional time and fees. Any material change will be discussed before additional work proceeds.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you need to cancel or pause a project, please provide notice as early as possible. Any refund, cancellation charge, or remaining payment obligation will depend on the project agreement, work already completed, committed time, and non-refundable expenses.
I may end an engagement where continuing is impractical, unsafe, unlawful, or materially inconsistent with the agreed working relationship. Where appropriate, fees for work completed and committed costs remain payable.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, asif.work will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from use of the website or services, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, or similar intangible losses.
Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability arising from a specific paid engagement will, to the extent legally permitted, be limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Although reasonable care is taken with the information published, I do not guarantee that every page will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Business, marketing, content, and strategy services involve judgement and external factors. Unless specifically agreed in writing, no particular traffic, ranking, lead, revenue, sales, or other business outcome is guaranteed.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, your breach of these terms, or materials you provide that violate another party’s rights.
Third-Party Links and Services
The website may link to or rely on third-party websites, tools, platforms, payment processors, forms, scheduling services, or other providers. Those services are operated independently and are subject to their own terms and policies. asif.work is not responsible for their availability, content, or practices.
Confidentiality
Confidential or proprietary information shared in connection with an engagement will be handled with reasonable care and used for the purpose of delivering the agreed services. Information may be disclosed where required by law or where reasonably necessary to approved service providers supporting the engagement.
If a formal non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement is required, it can be agreed separately in writing.
Independent Contractor Relationship
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, services are provided as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, franchise, fiduciary relationship, or agency between the parties.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the relevant engagement and jurisdiction. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith. Where an informal resolution is not possible, disputes may be handled through any procedure or court that has jurisdiction under applicable law or an agreed contract.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law. Any invalid provision may be interpreted or adjusted only as much as necessary to make it enforceable.
Entire Agreement
These website terms, the Privacy Policy, and any separate written project agreement together govern the relevant use of the website and services. A specific project agreement may add to or replace parts of these general terms for that engagement.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be revised from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website after updated terms are posted is subject to the revised terms.
